I feel that the £11.95 entrance fee it too expensive for a large play area. Adults have to pay £3.95 to just sit and watch (you can go on if you want). Once inside you have to pay for the arcades and the zip wire as these are not included in entrance fee. There is a large red slide which... More

I went here with my friend along with my two children ages 11 and 12 and we had a brilliant time. It is quite expensive and would be better if the prices were a bit lower or if the zipwire was included in the entry cost. It does seem odd that you have to pay extra for it! There is... More

Brought my children for the day as they like it. I'd to bring a prescribed drink with me for medical reasons and two members of staff tried to take this from me. Disgusting behaviour of my kids where not present my reaction would have been a lot different. The food is crap. My child had lasagne the portion was about... More

As a lot of other reviewers have already commented it's a big, safe place for children to play but it is pricey however so was the cinema the other day and the bowling I guess a lot of places charge more for food and drinks to make profit. The laser tag is included just pay extra for zipwire. The food... More

We love this place our daughter is three so when playing in the larger area she does require supervision so us adults have an excuse to play too. Be warned during holidays it gets very busy and there is often a waiting time to allow people to leave prior to you going in. On Our last visit we had to... More

Visited here with 4 children today aged between 9 and 2 years. Admission fee was just shy of £50 which is a ridiculous amount of money for a limited 2.5 hours of play! Fortunately my children weren't interested in going on the zip wire or in the laser room as this would be an additional cost, yes that's right, it's... More

Perfect for something to do throughout school holidays, when the children are bored. Easy enough to find, 2 and 1/2 hours to play, lovely food & happy children! Price is worth the play, adults can play too. Better than most play centres around.

Arrived today with a 2 year old who was carrying a half filled plastic beaker of water. Your staff would not let her bring it in, we were told to go outside and empty it, and then to go to the food counter to ask for it to be filled for free. Seriously, Playfactore, you can see this is ludicrous,... More
