We did the tour on a sunday morning. Our guide Suzanne was very enthusiastic and entertaining. Perfect activity if you want to learn something about Manchester and its history. Highly recommended.

Had a super walk around the inside and outside of this hotel with our guide Johnathan. He was extremely amusing and knowledgable. Some of the other people had worked in the building when it was the Refuge Assurance.

Hi, if you mean the Discover Manchester walking tour it lasts 1.5 to 2 hours and you would walk approximately 1.5 miles in that time.
