One of the main shopping streets next to large Arndale Centre. Has several chain stores plus some market stalls for fast food. Can be very busy and quite noisy due to multiple street entertainers

What a nasty terrible, dirty place. Asked many many times, 'do you have any money' street venders and charity workers harassing me, every few metres. The place was filthy.

It gets too busy and people walk slow. It's difficult to walk through without being bothered by requests for money from homeless people, requests to join a religion and requests to buy mix tapes from some aspiring musician.

Hi Jean-Marc, I don't know either. Knowing the council you probably do! Like David I suggest you use the city council website. Good luck Patchycat
