Visited here during half term with our four year old. It was great. Was a bit sceptical when the reception and shop area was in a large wooden shed but it didn't disapppoint once we got inside. Plenty to see and do for his age group, including simulators, cockpits etc. Lots to see, including an engine room and communication room.... More

Good to see so much history in one place. Comfortable to walk round and had the chance to sit in some of the crafts. Enjoyable.

Visited with 6 children aged between 1 and 6 years old. No problem pushing a buggy around. The older children loved exploring all the planes and other vehicles - they especially loved the cockpits. There was a craft session running throughout the day so they enjoyed making their own planes and colouring some pictures. The dressing up room was great... More

Great day out with my wife, and three children (age 5, 2 and 6 months). Alittle tired in places, however I think this may be down to it being quiet...I think with more visitors, this could really an amazing place! We, as did the kids, loved it. It was interesting, great to see the aircraft, sit in the cockpits and... More

Easy to get to they have a little room where kids can dress up in war outfits they can get a little quiz to do while they look around and they can even get in some of the cockpits of the planes. Nice... More

This is a small aviation museum based on a tiny corner of what was RAF Doncaster. It is small and run by enthusiastic and knowledgeable volunteers, but it is in need of modernisation. One feels as if they are collecting all the unwanted bits of aircraft, WW1, WW2 and Falklands memorabilia they are given. There are a lot of exhibits... More

Good. Choice of aircraft. Small gift shop. Small cafe. Nice food. Help full staff. Some places not good for wheelchairs due to gravel but most is ok.
