We've been to the neighbouring Black Country museum many times but never walked through to the canal trust centre. We had a brilliant couple of hours in the exhibition and then on the tour of the local canal tunnels. The guide was very good, knowledgeable...More

I expected to be travelling a full 45 minutes along these canals but instead we stopped for two 8-10 minute video presentations along the way. Unfortunately the first chose to concentrate on the erroneous belief of evolution from a single cell and how after 450...More

Good natural place , must visit in a lifetime, cheap only £6.95 for adults, lot of long tunnels in a canal, but museum is little bit expensive

Did the 2 hour trip. Fascinating and very informative guide. A unique experience. Can be very cold in tunnels so wrap up warm. Finish off with a bite to eat in the Gongoozler and watch the boats go by!

My son and his friend loved it here. We went for the Christmas special. It was lovely. The staff was amazing, would go again. Just haven't had chance too yet.

Wow - that's pretty much it! Staff were great, engaging and made everything really come to life! Don't go if you are claustrophobic though as you spend a lot of time in tiny tunnels! Amazing way to spend 45 minutes!

Hi, I enjoyed my 45 minute boat trip greatly and did a gift aid donation and was given a 'free return visit' season ticket. But I am not sure what is meant by a 'free return visit' season ticket because isn't entry to the building/exhibition free anyway? Does the free return visit mean another free boat trip please?

By adding a gift aid declaration to your ticket you are entitled to free repeat boat trips on our standard 45 minute trip for a year. So yes, free boat trips! It's our way of saying thank you for your gift aid declaration... More
