Went to watch the football here. Atmosphere was great - couldn't knock it. But beers were expensive (£4.30 for a bad tasting pint of lager). They were running a deal where you get a £1 pint for each England goal scored. Went to bar and...More

Visited for the first time to see an old 60s group, The Zombies, in concert. The band were great, but I really wasn’t impressed with the venue. It’s very bare apart from ornate architecture in the concert area, where it’s too dark to do justice...More

Great little place to see/hear live music. Often go there. New bands and old ones. Good staff and better organized that some venues I have been to (i.e. O2 Institute in Birmingham). Can't beat live music and this is one of the intimate places. A...More

Been here many a time and it's a great venue to get up close to the band. Sound is normally pretty good, and the atmosphere is always good. Only issue i have had is with opening times, not always as scheduled and that doesn't help...More

Rickie Lee was fantastic, but I have to agree with the other reviews of this venue. Awful in so many ways. We came over 200 miles for this when we could have waited 5 days to see her at the Barbican in London which is a...More

Were told that doors would open at 7 yet only went into the venue at 740. It was -5 degrees at the time, a ridiculous amount of time to be queueing in the cold. Also felt extremly sorry for the lady in the wheelchair that...More
