Enjoy a relaxing 25 minute trip on Shakespeare's Avon, under the historic King John's bridge and into the more tranquil and scenic part of the river north of the town. The 'Tewkesbury Belle' is a modern vessel, and all passengers sit in a comfortable, roofed cabin. The scenic views can be enjoyed through the large panoramic windows. Babies, toddlers and dogs travel free.

The Boat Trip to Twyning is enjoyable in itself, albeit the current boat a bit tatty and noisey. However the operator may not turn up as per time table, may not turn up at all or worse refuse to take you back and insist you...More

Considering the number of people getting on the boat, each journey left on time, which is always a good start. The trip lasted about 75 minutes, which seemed to pass fairly quickly, so must never have got boring. I guess. The weather was absolutely glorious...More

Was looking forward to a trip on this boat as it was recommended. But it has vanished. Any ideas when it's returning?

Lovely boating cruse on the river at Tewksbury, convenient parking loads of restaurants and old pubs when the weather is nice. The price is quite competitive and informative. If you have an hour take the boat.

Weather was good and we had walked what seemed miles and miles around Tewkesbury looking at the shops so decided a short break on the river was in order. The boat was formerly an american fishing boat so very comfortable and easy to board. It...More

Great way to see a little bit of the countryside and learn how the town used the waterways years ago. Knowledgeable skipper. Great views. Reasonably priced.

I'm really not sure but the skipper is an obliging chap so why not pop down to the river and ask him when you are in Tewkesbury
