There is something for everyone is Cassiobury Park - the railway, play equipment, paddling pools, gym equipment, woodland walks, canal, river, bandstand and cafe to name but a few of the many attractions. Of course, with such a wide variety of activities the park can get busy, especially around popular areas, but that's to be expected and tranquility is never... More

A lovely park which is well maintained. It's massive and the annual fireworks show is great. A joy to walk through every time, and has a lovely little river in it too

Having lived in Watford all my life, I am so proud to have this park in my town. There is plenty of green open space to walk my dog, riverside, canal side and woodland walks as well as the friendly Cha Cha Cafe for a latte and a slice of cake. Visit any time of the year- you will not... More

Great place to spend a morning, afternoon or all day. The park extends from Rickmansworth Road down to the canal and River Gade. There is a play area for children and an open air pool - both under going a re-vamp. There is also a cycle path through the park.

First visit since moving to the area in November 2013 we walked along the tow-path and surrounding park. The new Cafe and other facilities should be finished soon and looking forward to next visit in the near futurs, a day with the backpack cooler with food and drink

It has everything we need. I am fortunate to be walking distance, but would visit regularly if we had to drive too. It has the woodland scenery, pathways for bikes/scooters, two playgrounds (one for smaller kids and one huge NEW playground for all ages)... the paddling pools are fab in summer. There's also bouncy castles and miniature railway train rides... More
