i had the same problem only its knock on effects will ruin the life i live at the moment. im sorry no one from the pool responded to you i expect the same ask im just one person being conned out of money when i always thought it was a free carpark with no restrictions to people using the center its outrageous that you cant get any help and for me it has been life changing to a point that i really think this is going to change my life for the worst. i wished i had never decided to go to there disability group swim we even called ahead of time and not once did they tell us about the car park, and no where does it say dont forget or you get 100 pound parking charge
