Visited when the poppies came home to Derby. Wonderful, an amazing display, so emotional. Inside the Mill was good too, the first time I had visited there. Lots to see. Lovely location, near the City centre and River Derwent.

Great place to visit lovely views over the river and if some special event is on its worth attending to go inside and sample some Derby history, off the beaten track in derby but well worth a visit.

Went to see the weeping poppies, as had purchased an original one as my paternal grandfather was killed in WWI. It worked brilliantly flowing from the tower. This is a nice quiet area behind the cathedral, near the river, which added to the feeling of...More

Wonderful to see the weeping poppy display - works well on this tall structure. Volunteer guides were very helpful and informative. Unfortunately the industrial mill/museum is undergoing refurbishment - look forward to visiting when completed because Derby has an interesting and varied industrial past.
