I was fortunate to live in Blessington for 2 years. During this time I took the opportunity to visit Russborough quite regularly. At first I was a tourist, soon after I simply visited to walk around the lands at the estate to recharge.

Russborough is better preserved, has a lot more of its contents kept in the house and on view. Go to both, take the tours but if you can only get to 1, I would go to Russborough.
