Been here several times. We love to go for a walk with my partner and my son. The gardens are beautiful. Perfect place for a nice sunny day walk. If you have time you should visit the waterfall too,are stunning. Highly recommended.

Exterior of the house is magnificent and a wonderful backdrop to the landscaped grounds. The interior was completely destroyed by fire decades ago and while a lot of repair work has been done most of the walls are bare brick. Therefore this attraction is more...More

My husband and I loved the gardens. Took lots of great photos. Very serene and relaxing walk. Skipped the waterfall because had read that it was overpriced.

The gardens at Powerscourt may just be the best we have ever visited. The setting in the Wicklow mountains is exquisite, and every inch of the gardens is perfectly maintained and presented. If you visit only one garden in Ireland, it should be this one.
