Visited Lough Boora early May with a group of Brownies. Had a fantastic time . The facility is free. There is a small car park charge €4. Visited today so about 18 degrees and very sunny so couldn't get a nicer day. Car park €4 for the day so good value but loads of free parking available. Coffee shop overlooking lake is clean and modern and Coffee is good too. Hired bicycle for 1 hr for €5 and cycled about 18kms with lovely scenery. Walked around the... More

It's free, there are amazing works of art and it's the perfect place to bring kids. There's a small charge for the main car park but that's optional as there's plenty of free parking spots.

Went here with my family ,had a great day ,great views, fairy avenue was very fun my daughter loved it ,make sure to bring a comfy pair of shoes and water , lots of walking

Perfect for a good weather days activity. Walk or cycle one of 4 paths. Bikes available to rent and plenty of parking. Beautiful scenery.

Went to get some much needed fresh air and exercise after Sunday dinner. Had a very enjoyable evening, felt very refreshed after spending a few lovely hours on a bright but cold Sunday

We visited Lough Bora today with our 2 young children. Really enjoyed our day. We visited here once last year also. Well maintained with nice sculptures and some picnic areas. Today we rented 2 bikes and one trailer for our little boy. The Bikes were tired & tyres a bit soft. Gears were also sticking a little and not all... More

We were passing and decided to drop in for a look, not expecting much but were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this place was. The paths were well maintained and the sculptures were great.
