Bannas beautiful stand is an ideal summer day out. parking. icecream. snacks. hotel near by also. and no mechanical moneypits for the kids to be distracted by like other seaside locations. lifeguarded blue flag beach. lovely views. well worth a look

We visited here the June bank holiday weekend beautiful beach with parking but can get busy on a sunny day warm water life guard on duty a hidden gem.

Great place for a stroll and take in the views it just seems endless the amount of beach there is and with tide out so vast Great car park there loads of people walking their dogs a must visit if you are in the area

Take a trip to Banna Strand and enjoy the peace and quiet walking the extensive beach with beautiful views Your solitude only broken by the crashing Atlantic waves. Well worth the visit

Just about 10-15 mins drive from Tralee, this beach is gorgeous. Stunning views and a great beach to walk, the only downside, if this is one....is that it is quite stony....but that's part of its charm

Hi if you ask in tralee town it is a cheap taxi ride away also there is some buses that passes by it 😁

I did not see any horses on the beach but I certainly can see the appeal. Perhaps you should contact the Banna Beach Hotel/Resort as they seem to have everything that happens in their area under control and they are nice... More
