Ross Golf Course is a 9-hole parklands course designed and built inside and around Killarney Racecourse. The course takes in the magnificent views of Killarneys National Park, Ross Castle, the Lakes of Killarney and the McGuillcuddy Reeks Mountains. Ross Golf Course is affiliated to the golfing union of Ireland, and is widely regarded as one of the best nine-hole courses in Ireland.

The views are stunning and the course provides some challenges. It is NOT up to the standard of the Killarney Golf and Fishing club courses, but still very pleasant. It is built around the Killarney Race Course, very unique. One word of warning: the course is closed to visitors on Sunday mornings.

very easily located and in stunning setting very friendly staff and comfortable bars and greens a must place to play.

beautiful 9 hole course, in great shape ! a great challenge , back markers for adults and front for beginners . lovely clubhouse,great food reasonably priced , friendly and helpful staff !

I played the Ross 9 hole course in May. The first couple of holes were thoughrouly enjoyable and a great test for an average golfer like myself. However the rest were dissapointing. Far too hard for a beginner. Especially the over water tee shots which were impossible for some but for pros were far too easy. A beautiful location but... More
