It was a long walk from center of town but I couldn't wait to see it's ancient architecture. I just had to follow the tallest spires standing above all other buildings. A huge wedding was happening on December 31 so I could not enter. Un- fortunately.

The Cathedral can be seen from many vista's about the city. It is grand and is an architectual masterpiece. Mass and Confession are offered conveniently throughout the week and what an experience to participate in this beautiful Cathedral.

A true gem is St. Mary's Cathedral. Beautiful and just a short walk from the town center, St. Mary's immediately brought to mind the Bells of St. Mary's. Inside is just as beautiful and this should be a must stop for reflection and prayer.

This cathedral is a great place to visit and worship. It is one of those churches where you have to call and take time to see a prayer while also admiring some fantastic architectural building work. Don't visit Killarney without calling here.

This is a stunning building and we enjoyed the opportunity to sit and reflect in such beautiful surroundings. It was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful interior. Very close to the centre of Killarney.

We were staying in Killarney on an organised coach trip. We always like to look at the local churches and Cathedrals during our stay anywhere. Unfortunately there was a wedding on when we went to visit so we were only able to see a small part of the interior but what we did see was beautiful! What also was very... More

This Cathedral is very modern and very high. Most Cathedrals I have visited to date have been old so this had a different feel about it. There was a wedding on the day I dropped in.
