My wife and I did spa while traveling. We did the water circuit which was lovely. The massage was grand. It's dark and quiet. The price for re service received was very reasonable.

My experience at the ESPA was a mixture of the good, the bad and the ugly. Starting with the good - the massage I had was great. Very good masseuse who checked to make sure the pressure was what I wanted. The treatment room was pleasant. Also the thermal suite was good. The different pressures in the pool were lovely.... The spa itself is a very relaxing place to unwind and try all the facilities, such as the pool with the jets, the steam room and the sauna and the heated lounge chairs are quite the place to relax. There are two powerful water jets in the pool area where when you turn them on they hit your body its... More

The ESPA at the g Hotel was the best spa I've ever been to. I was 8 months pregnant and looking for some pampering before baby arrived. The 1hr 20 min massage was perfect from start to finish. The therapist was very professional and understood to unique individual needs you would have at 8 months pregnant. She spent extra time... More

I found the thermal area to be over crowded,... More

Had a fabulous day at the ESPA.. I love this hotel anyway so to go & had forgotten just how good this spa was. From arriving to leaving the staff could not do enough for me & my treatment was out of this world, have never had a fitness massage like it. The relaxation room is just divine & really... More

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the thermal spa was enjoyable. I had the Spring Soother special, which involved a back and scalp massage and facial. The massage was fine but the facial was disappointing. Personally I find it irritating to be presented with a handful of brochures the minute the treatment is over with recommendations and the 'creams'... More
