Not sure how far the walk goes, but I walked the trail that begins next to Corrib Village. Very peaceful and surrounded by nature. Great view of Menlo Castle from across the river.

If you're going to walk to are from Galway Cathedral then take this path, no traffic and is much quieter.

A great sidewalk to travel at the water's edge from Galway to the Caravan park past Salt Hill! Refreshments are available along the way!
