Great location, edge of Temple Bar. Menu plentiful, spoilt for choice. Great, friendly service. Value for money.

A very relaxed evening, great fun, music, crowded but not overwhelming, got a table after a small wait on the weekend. Fantastic ambiance, foot tapping music, cold brews and a bar food, with some good Irish options. A relaxed and enjoyable evening.

Had a Sunday evening here. Firstly this building is beautiful the architecture is grand and must of held some significance in the past. The spiral staircase to the restaurant is beautiful.
Thoroughly enjoyed the live music from 8-11pm.
There is an upper floor which gives a good view of the music.
The drinks are pricy but being so close to temple bar you have to expect it. The service was excellent from the staff.

This lovely Pub/Restaurant is right at Ha’ Penny Bridge. We were there on a Thursday night. I could hear the music outside and it drew us in at 6:00pm — we left at 10:00pm! My husband and I had a fabulous time! We had a high table in the bar, close to the singer. He was great; sang a mix of American and Irish music — the kind that gets everyone singing and clapping and dancing. And lots of people shared the fun; we met lovely people from Norway and from Spain. Just the experience we were looking for!
The food was also very good. My husband had the chowder and I had Cottage pie. Delicious.
When it got busy, the wait staff was a bit slow coming to reorder drinks. Which was a good thing! LOL
I highly recommend!!

Absolutely a brilliant pub right on the Liffey by halfpenny bridge. Wonderful food with great choice, music live artist knows how to get a crowd going. Every time we are in Dublin it’s a must go to.

Very typical and delicious Pub. The atmosphere on Sunday night was fantastic with live music show going on. The musical choice is very accurate. Regarding the decoration, nothing to say, the retro Guinness frames and the wooden structure is top. Nothing to say about food, it was flavoursome.
Will definitely come back!

Great location and service, live music and large venue with a separate area for food.
What was so disappointing was the Irish Stew. It was so bland, I poured salt with every mouthful and left most of it after picking out the lamb, only because it was €23, expensive for something so tasteless.

We were in a date with my girlfriend, and the waitress tired to take the order, really quick, we couldn't see the menu even 2 mnts. After eating she brought the bill, and just wanted us to leave. We asked her if she wanted us to leave (the place was empty), she told us that yes, because we had already eaten. 50 euros, 45 mnts. Really bad.

I had a lovely time when I was here at the end of May. The music was fun and food good. What time does music begin? Is it only in the evenings or also in the afternoon?
