Took the tour the 24th of March. Joanne? I think was the guide. Super friendly, knowledgeable great guide and great tour. Went to places my friend from Dublin didn't know about! Chatted with us as we walked from stop to stop and told me about garden next to Dublin Castle. Loved it
Thank you for the great review. It's especially heartening as Joanna is relatively new to us and she will be delighted. Pat Liddy More
Our Guide was absolutely brilliant, she was a wealth of information about the history of this beautiful city of Dublin. Her knowledge was amazing and the passion and gentle Irish sense of humour with which she delivered her talk was a real credit and made the whole experience a real pleasure. Definitely worth doing a Pat Liddy Walking Tour as... More
Thank you so much for your kind words. We are happy you enojyed the tour with us! More
We have done the Dublin Highlights tour and it was a total success. The tour lasted approximately 2.5 hours and covered all the main sights with a lot of historical and cultural information. Our guide Dara was very friendly and knowledgeable, making sure everybody kept up with the narration and available to answer any question. I would definitely recommend this... More
This was an all around great walking tour! You see a lot of the city highlights and get some great commentary and history from the guide (didn't catch his name, but he was funny and informative!). I would recommend this as the perfect first thing to do when you arrive to help get oriented with the city. It ends at... More
Our Pat Liddy's Walking Tour of following "in the footsteps of St. Patrick" this past St. Patrick's Day was absolutely wonderful. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area and spiced up our tour with lots of local tidbits of fact and lore. I especially loved exploring areas off the beaten track. It certainly added a nice touch to... More
Thank you very much for your kind words. Happy that you enjoyed the walk! More
My husband and I braved the rainy weather to take in this special tour "in the footsteps of St Patrick" on March 17th as part of our visit to Dublin. We were glad to see our large group at the meeting place was broken into smaller groups for the actual tour. Our guide, Brendan, was very knowledgeable and wove in... More
Thank you very much for your kind words. I am very happy you enjoyed yourselves in spite of the weather! Kind regards, Pat More
The tour was spiced up by interesting local examples but sometimes it deteriorated from the focus of the tour, which was at my case St.Patrick. Also, the ticket price should include animated map of Dublin, which was not given nor asked. This I find the most disrupting, since such a gift should not be advertised with the sale of the... More
Dear Petr Thank you for the review. I'm sorry if the guide seemed to stray away too much from the theme of St Patrick and his legacy. Perhaps he or she did or maybe the guide was doing his or her best with the information that we have. It's basically folklore and tradition on Patrick's visit to the Dublin area... More
This was one of the most informative and interesting walking tours I have ever taken. Our tour leader was so amazingly knowledgeable, having been educated at gorgeous Trinity College in history. There were so many historical places on this tour, and we were given much history of each and every one. Without the tour, you end up walking past these... More
Liam is the BEST guide and narrator! Super knowledgeable, and who I will recommend to all! From the Christchurch cathedral to Dublin Castle to gardens and Beatty Library, all the way to St Patrick's Cathedral with the expedited entry, this was the best tour in Dublin and well worth the cost.
We would like to book two seniors for your Bloomsday Walk on June 16th at 11am. We'll be there at least 10 minutes beforehand. Pls confirm.
