Good lunch accompanied by music and a Guinness!

Can't do better than a bowl of their great fish chowder washed down with a Guinness and their dark soda bread; and the music starts at 2:00. Perfect break in a sightseeing day... read more

We had dinner at Gogartys. Music was good but loud but was good. Food was good, servings were large and prices were reasonable.

We stopped by for a quick pint and ended up staying two hours. There was a wonderful duo singing traditional music and a great interaction with the people in the pub. Great time.

We have made it our business to try as many pubs as possible on our trips to Dublin. Gogarty's is the best by a distance. Always has live music, plenty of staff to get you another Guinness or five, and it's absolutely jumping at night. The oysters are delicious, and the burger was great too.

We dropped in for lunch last weekend when we were spending a few days in Dublin. Yes, this may be a tourist trap but it was fun for us. We enjoyed a couple pints and had a light lunch. Service was good. And bathrooms were clean. They seem to give up free hats although I'm not sure what that is... More

Live music, partaking guest, good food, Guinness and friendly service, what more can you ask for. Food was great Irish pub food and well prepared. The live band gets the audience involved and everybody seemed to be having a great time. Will recommend.

We met on the second floor restaurant for a tour. The staff told us we had time to eat before the tour left. The food came and after two mouthfuls we were told it was time to leave so we told the owner we didn't want to pay because we didn't have time to eat. His staff never should have... More
