There are free tours inside the house and farmers markets on some weekends. It is a part of Phoenix Park.More

A rare glimpse into the lives of the Guinness family. Beautiful grounds and a home that is massive and magnificent with outstanding woodwork, moldings and decorations.

Sorry for late reply Anne, I don't check my account so often. they are allowed in the grounds I think but on a lead and you must use a poop bag as required

You can get the number 37 Bus from Ushers Quay in Dublin City to the Gate of the Phoenix park. From there it's a 10 minute walk to The Farmleigh estate. You could get a cab from the city centre also or bicycle rental is also... More
