Absolutely lovely little park and walk. Visited when the sun was setting and the reflection was just amazing. Such a hidden gem and very picturesque at any time of the day. Very peaceful just watching the ducks and swans swim by. Would highly recommend

Great park to live near, it is huge so its a great place for a midweek walk to keep you healthy. Includes ponds, plenty of big football pitches, a playground and outdoor gym machines

Really so fortunate to have a terrific public amenity such as this within a short walk from the house. Tymon Park has everything - lakes and wildlife, long walks along extensive pathways, playgrounds for the children, woods for the older kids, playing fields for local sports clubs. Ideal for family time - or just to have private time by yourself.... More

Really liked this park, it is very far from city center (d6w) but it is amazing for cycling. Great area and you can smell the fresh air. Really reccommend

Great Park for leisurely Stroll. Very spacious and good walking paths. Play ground for the kids down near the Spawell entrance. Exercise bikes etc. For the fitness fanatics. Picnic areas. Lakes with ducks and swans. Plenty of parking spaces for cars.

One of Dublin's excellent suburban parks, Tymon Park is substantial enough for a good family visit or couples / solo walk, but I rarely hear it mentioned by anyone not living nearby. A range of routes (good walking shoes advised much of the year), some livened up by pretty stretches of the River Poddle, and ponds (with ducks, swans, etc.),... More

This park has something for everyone. It spans both sides of the M50 and is great for adults, sports fanatics and small children. We have used it on many occasions for teaching the kids how to cycle, how to climb in the adventure playground which is scattered throughout the forest and for general keep-fit purposes. On a Sunday afternoon, it... More

I live close to Tymon park and spend many happy hours there with the kids, whether it's just wandering around, playing hurling, cycling, in the playground or feeding the ducks. The park is a hive of activity on nice days and great to see all the pitches packed with happy children. My kids love going up late in the afternoon... More
