Visited the Molly Malone Statue today. It is a popular tourist attraction where many of Dublin’s tour are gathered as a starting point or meeting place.

I met this lovely statue of Molly Malone last time about 25 years ago and now I had problems finding her. Yes, she'd been moved one block away due to building a tram line nearby her previous location. The statue itself isn't extraordinary in any...More

Well we stumbled across this while roaming around town. I’ve never seen a statue this busty. Took a bit of time to get a photo without all the people posing with it. Some tacky folks were grabbing her chest for photos.

Molly was moved awhile back but it hasn't dampened her popularity with the tourists. An iconic experience to visit Molly and her cart. Can you hear her singing "cockles and Mussels alive alive-o"?

Another great statue in Dublin carrying history of Ireland. It's in a busy location so you might have trouble photographing with no passers by. If you like history or art/sculptures it's worth a view. Don't waste money on a tour to see it.

Make a brief visit; Molly doesnt seem that happy with all the attention to her well polished decolletage. She'll always be part of traditional Dublin!

It's a stature. When you see it, you will know why do many stop by for pictures with it. So can also see where most touch the statue. It was crowded to get a photo of it. Since everyone else was taking pictures, we did...More
