Not sure why I like cemeteries but I do. This one is beautiful and interesting. Also has information on genealogy. Nice snack bar also. Well worth the trip.

My parents are buried in Glasnevin Cemetery,so I know it very well,the tour is very good,a lot to see,the Daniel O'Connell Tower,194 steps to get to the top,is now open to the public,well worth a visit,the view of Dublin is wonderful.

I was a bit unclear as to why we were visiting a cemetery but the history of Ireland g=here is incredible. Our guide John was very informative and entertaining. The Irish history is incredible, so much through the ages. We enjoyed this trip.

Yes it is. Many lanes are paved and others are gravel. The cafe, shopping and toilets are all on one level
