Spent about 2 and a half hours here - so many animals to see! Also plenty of play parks dotted around the zoo to entertain younger kids. We got here on the Do Dublin hop on hop off bus which stops on the main road...More

We visited the zoo (parents with two teenagers and six years child) we were all happy with the visit, and we saw nice and strange spices of animals, wonderful monkeys area, beautiful giraffes, and there are toilet almost every 30 to 45 minutes of walking...More

Despite the rain, we spent part of our last day in Dublin at the zoo. The zoo is large for a city of Dublin’s size, and you can easily spend 3-4 hours exploring. The back half of the zoo is from a relatively recent expansion...More

Went last week. I thought the place was a little unkempt. It was hard to see some of the animals. It is still definitely worth going to though.

Not much to say really, spotlessly clean common areas. Decent living space for the animals. Not as many animals as one would expect to see in such a large zoo. Lots of staff members around. My only complaint is about the toilets. I'm disabled, I...More

We purchased the annual pass as we have a young child and we love visiting. The zoo just gets better every year. Facilities, attractions and staff are brilliant. A must see.

The zoo is pretty large but doesn't have an awful lot of animals or they must have been sleeping. The best part in my opinion was the rhino/giraffe etc enclosure. It's pretty expensive I'm so I won't be rushing back.
