This boat was really nice. Lots of facilities. Food was average but accommodating. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately, we paid a higher price for the Dublin Swift which was cancelled. You get £40 credit, with the assumption that you will use them again! I would have expected better compensation but the cruise ship was a nice experience overall.

Had a week visiting the UK. Was notified via text and email that my return SWIFT leg was not running due to weather 48 hours before. Hassle free switch to the slower ferry. Irish Ferries took away the stress of changing tickets etc. Weather was so bad on the way back to Ireland but I can't blame Irish Ferries for... More

Very unlucky to have bad weather crossing in both directions but I can't complain too much as we did arrive at destination safely but not a pleasant way of travelling in February.

Three of us travelled back from Dublin on the Epsilon on Wednesday 8th February, and we were constantly being annoyed and disturbed by children who were running around wild, tipping chairs over shouting and generally being a nuisance. A member of staff did tell the parents about the children's behaviour but it still continued the parents seemed oblivious. I have travelled on... More

Travelled as a foot passenger. I have worked in transport for 30 years, including a ferry company. Ramshackle terminal at Pembroke. Ancient bus to ferry, torn seats, dirty floor. Onboard club class is in a nice area, but not all items are free. I asked for sparkling water , this was chargeable. I only drink soft drinks and to not... More

I booked my trip coordinated with a train since I needed to arrive to London on time to catch my flight back to Argentina. The problem was that this company left Dublin Port with more than an hour delay. The results? Well, I needed to switch to a later train and I had to run after arriving to London. I... More

Returned from Dublin to Holyhead. Clean boat. One deck is for passengers with shops and entertainment, on another there was rather little room with leaning back sits and cabins. We took a corner sofa with table to sit behind kids' area with nice view backwards the boat movement. If kids' activity irritates you, do not accommodate here or near here,... More

We went to stay in Ireland for New Years to our family and returned on Irish Ferry Swift. It left on time and arrived on time. The seats were comfortable and we bought a coffee which was Costa and very tasty. Watched a film for children but enjoyed it as much as they did. Boarding and disembarking went very smoothly
