We went here a few times over the course of a 6 Nations weekend and each time found it to be welcoming and vibrant. If you find yourself in Clontarf, it’s most definitely worth a visit.

Had a lovely drink in here last Friday evening. It's such a warm pub with a lovely open fire. The staff were friendly and there was a great atmosphere.

Was blown away by the ambiance of Harry Byrnes. Me and my girlfriends went there after our tour around Dublin and could not recommend the food, drinks and service more! Despite their being a game of “rugby” held, staff could not have been more attentive....More

This is a lovely pub on the northside of Dublin. Big and spacious with lots or different rooms, great place to watch some sport as it has plenty of screens and there's always a good atmosphere for the rugby in particular!

If you're in the area I'd highly recommend this pub as it's just lovely inside and has a large outdoor area too. Lots of friendly staff. It would be just perfect if they did food but at the moment I think they only do barbecues...More

No menu. Just beer pouring pub. Just white & red wines available. Generic boring spirits and beers. Staff with smarty pants attitude. Not satisfied and not recommending to anyone.

Not a very relaxing experience, the waiting staff are trained to keep walking around checking if you finished your drink and asking every 5mins if you want another one, even if you haven't finished yours! I find this very annoying and I'd appreciate if they...More

A favourite for us on trips to Dublin. Friendly staff and customers. Popular with rugby fans for the big games but such a good, welcoming atmosphere.
