We went along to the Tiroran Forest hide not knowing much about sea eagles but came away having learnt loads. I was hoping for a view of the chick and a glimpse of an adult in flight at the most, understanding the unpredicatability of wildlife,...More

Hi, Thanks so much for the lovely review, glad you enjoyed your trip with Meryl down at Tiroran and that you got to see the chick really well. Thanks

This was a complete waste of time and money. The nest was a long way from the viewing point and even using the telescopes the view of the eagle was pretty poor. Fortunately we saw two eagles circling low further down the Glen. If you...More

Hi, We're sorry you thought this after visiting us. I'm not sure which of our viewing hides you visited as you don't give much detail, so I can't talk in specifics, but first of all the safety and welfare of the eagles come first, particularly...More

We clearly saw the female eagle on the nest with her two chicks. Rachel's knowledge and enthusiasm was a bonus keeping us all engaged as we waited hopefully to see an eagle in flight.More

Hi, Thanks so much for the lovely review after your trip to West Ardhu with myself. Our two chicks are both doing really well still - glad you got views of them in the nest with the female. Hope you had a good trip to...More

We visited Mull Eagle watch Dervaig site in May 2017 and have seen some chicks in the nest as well as the father soaring around. The ranger was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in understanding the eagles behavior and habits. The tour itself was different from...More

Hi, Thanks for your review. Glad you got views of the eagle family at West Ardhu. All of our eagle nests are monitored really closely, and so we know where they all are in advance, many aren't visible to us and so we need to...More

Thoroughly enjoyed the talk and being able to view the new chicks through spotting scopes here. Our lovely female guide was very knowledgeable, and was always on hand to answer our questions too. A great experience to take back home.

Informative, worthwhile and sensitve to the wild birds that they are. If you want close up views look online! Otherwise soak up seeing the birds in their truly natural environment. Rachel managed to appear to be giving the information out for the first time though...More

Hi Neil, Thanks for the great review. Really pleased you enjoyed your trip and it was worth the travel. Lovely to have people appreciate that the eagles are wild and very much do their own thing - sometimes we get close view, but we're dealing...More

Hot sun, no one else turned up so we had a "private" tour, and the birds did everything they could to keep us entertained! A great couple of hours!!

Hi David, So pleased you had a nice trip despite the weather. The elements can make it tough to view the eagle sometimes, they'd rather not brave the rain if they don't need to, but you never know! You'll have to visit again and hope...More
