Take in the stunning surroundings of Queen Elizabeth Forest Park as you fly...

Take in the stunning surroundings of Queen Elizabeth Forest Park as you fly 46 metres above the ground on two of Britain's longest zip wires. Located in the Trossachs National Park, it's a mecca for Go Ape pilgrims, thrill seekers, adventure lovers and those that just want to get out and have some fun in Loch Lomond.

At the turn of the year our award winning adventure at Queen Elizabeth Forest had a tree-lift. Not only have we put in all new obstacles and crossings, we’ve rethought the entire layout of the course, meaning you get to see parts of the forest you wouldn’t have seen last time. With the new design comes a unique aspect for those adventurous monkeys out there – a dual course. That means you now have a choice of which route you take – moderate or extreme. Along these routes you’ll encounter brand new back-to-back black crossings - don’t worry these are optional. Sound challenging enough for you?

Great fun! Staff friendly. I will agree with other reviews that the signage for the car park is not great but we still had a great time. If you are looking for something to do in the outdoors, GO APE!

For people who enjoy the outdoors and some adrenaline rushes! I took my little brother and we had a fantastic time. Loads of different activities available and the adventure park is great. I like how you make you way around the course on your own; helps to teach younger children to be careful and aware of the importance of safety.... More

M.J. gave us the safety talk very clearly and we were confident to get started the course even though we had never been before. We visited on a Friday at the end of our school hols although the local schools were not off - so the place was relatively quiet in the morning when we started. That was good for... More

Visited Go ape on 26th October - really lucky with the weather. The staff were brilliant, very professional and friendly. They really knew their monkey business. My husband and I took our 14 year old niece. I really don't have a head for heights but after the in depth safety brief and practice I felt very secure. The only thing I... More

Wow what an experience. A fab adrenaline flowing day out for all the family. The staff are very thorough and very professional. The entire course takes about 3 hours start to finish. Top tips- wear suitable comfortable clothing. It can be physical so don't over do it with the layers. Have fun it's great!

Our arty was the wrong age to enjoy the Go- Ape experience but we had a wonderful afternoon enjoying the woodland walks with their imaginative attractions before enjoying our lunch with stunning views over the Trossachs in their autumn glory. he menu in the cafe is reasonable but pricey. It did not spoil the day.

Fantastic walks and climbing for the kids. High wire adventure. It was a bit heart stopping at times but the kids loved it. Will definitely return.

What a great day out! Went up to Go Ape with the kids and the staff were able to get us on at the last minute. DON'T FORGET TO BOOK! I had thought that the kids would go out themselves but because of their age an adult had to go too (10 and 11 year olds). I am so glad... More

A challenging activity that's a great way to spend a couple of hours. Exciting zip wires and a challenging treetop obstacle course. Brilliant staff who made sure you were well briefed, and who were always on hand for advice and encouragement.
