Lovely walk

Took the short walk round the loch and it was very peaceful and tranquil. Good underfoot, a nice easy, fairly flat stroll.

My husband and I went to the enchanted forest once before we had children and it was lovely, we have since been back with our three young children and it was even better. You can see the time and hard work been put in by everyone involved and the team there do everything to make it special for all ages.... More

Close to Pitlochry nice walking area. Scot pine and deciduous wood. Free parking and dogs welcome. Visited at New year but recommend the light festival.

A beautiful forest and woodland with plenty of paths to stroll around, either beside the loch or throughout the woods. The views are stunning and magical, which is why it is perfect for the Enchanted Forest Light and Sound Show held here each year. The area is always free from litter, and the well kept toilets were open on New... More

If you're looking for 1-2 hours of outside activity wandering and you're in about Pitlochry then it's ideal. Good track surfaces, choice of routes, toilets and it's peaceful. Good for kids to explore!

A wonderful experience , magical . Hotel was good too . A free bus takes you to the woods and back . you can take as much time as you need to see and hear everything. The Pitlochry Hydro hotel was nice . A definate return on the cards next year.

How good to simply walk and enjoy these woods, so accessible from Pitlochry itself. Just to wander or to go a planned walk is simply wonderful.
