This was a small museum put together by locals. The information displayed was very interesting. Model would have been good but we were there before it was completed.

Disappointing. Spent less than 10 minutes in. Advertise working model railway and there wasn't one. Some interesting stuff but not worth paying to see.

A compact little shop with a wonderful assortment of gifts, and an insight of the station as it was back in the days when the station master was indeed master of all he surveyed.

This shop has a musuem in it, run by a charity that saved the line from closing. Go check them out it's worth the few pound they charge, highly reccomend

The information centre and shop on the station helps support the Friends of the Kyle railway. Volunteers travel on some trains to give information but what they have to sell is a bit limited

This is an interesting station with a packed shop and a railway museum. Nearby there is also a model railway layout in a converted signal box - worth a visit anytime.

When you're on the main road through Kyle of Lochalsh, there's a big sign to the "railway museum", but the sign doesn't tell you where to park, so when you come by car, it's advisable to park at the large car park near the sea...More
