Have visited this beautiful theatre many times and enjoyed numerous Musicals and Plays. All the shows have been fabulous and so entertaining. They offer many different types of entertainment all year round like Pantos, Dramas, Tributes and of course many and Musicals. The Theatre itself is really lovely with all its grand carvings and rich colours. I highly recommend a... More

Went here in January with family to see A woman in Black. We were in the stalls and had a great view of the stage. We found this theatre to be very well maintained and staff were very nice.

Had a really nice evening at the Panto. Had booked in advance managing to reserve the seats I wanted as well as booking the lounge and cloakroom facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. During the interval, our drinks order and ice cream were waiting for us as reserved. This made for such a wonderful experience. I can highly... More

Went to Cinderella panto at Kings Theatre which was fab just a shame I couldn't say the same for the theatre, the stewards were going up and down blocking our view checking mobile phones were not being used which I appreciate , the theatre was extremely warm which made it very uncomfortable and the price of soft drinks/alcohol is ridiculous... Went to the matinee performance of Cinderella and, whilst we enjoyed the show, we found the Kings Theatre to be absolutely manky and badly in need of renovation. The carpets in public areas were filthy, litter and years worth of dirt and dust throughout. Looks like it hasn't been hoovered for years. The floors in the gallery were sticky, the... More

We visited the Kings today. A family of 4 adults and 3 children. We were fortunate to have front row seats which was a surprise for the children who were excited. We did not want it to end as we all had a wonderful time, so much so, we are planning our next visit at the end of the year... More

Almost a sell out for David's farewell tour. Full of middle aged women having fun. Bar service was quick even though the queue was long. Only complaint I have was caused by a drunken female behind me dropping her drink and ruining my jacket. This was only discovered at the end even though the ignorant woman had dropped it at... More

When first sat down an saw how far up we were I thought we wouldn't see a thing. But pleasantly surprised, as long as you are lucky enough not to have a tall person in front of you it's acceptable. I got our tickets half price so couldn't complain as the performance was worth the odd view restriction. Be prepared... More

Took my family, which included a two year old, to see the Christmas panto. I broke my foot and was worried what would happen as my tickets where in the gallery. I had emailed ATG to see what would happen but never got a reply, maybe cause it was the festive period. The staff where great and found me and... More
