Staff very friendly. Offered a refreshment as soon as we arrived. Shortest bus journey up to training school.. taught how to make miso soup, sushi rice and calfornian sushi roll along with a few glasses of lager, hot or cold sake taster. Good laugh and very relaxed atmosphere. Will try another course later

Was lucky enough to be invited along to the cook, curry and comedy experience. Right from the start the team led by Lisa took us through all we needed to know about our evening. Beer and cider was plentiful and Lisa our Chef showed us how to make spiced onions, vegetable pakora, and chicken curry. Who knew i cook actually... More

Spent a fantastic and most interesting morning walking through Glasgow's amazing past. Ashley, our guide, supplied us with knowledge and insight and gave us a thirst to learn so much more. Anyone spending time here should check out the list of leisure courses.

Was at a training day here and was very impressed with layout, organisation and overall day training. Lynn was a great trainer and made what could have been a boring day into a fun day. Will be taking more training days here.

My thanks to all the staff at Tennents for a fantastic training experience. I have used this place on three occasions to assist me with returning to the pub industry and I would highly recommend Tennents as a training establishment. Friendly staff ,great food and excellent training facilities. Many thanks again Jan

Had never been to the training academy but wanted to try something new and experience a different night out. Class members had a mix of wine experience so didn't feel out of place having not been to a tasting event. Informal setting which encouraged class participation and interaction. Interesting selection of wine and generous portions. Nibbles to keep you going... More

Went here for a Sunday afternoon tour. Good group size of 10 or so, and our tour guide Marco was very informative and kept our attention throughout. Beer tasting at the end was good, a pint of T and some samples of other beers which aren't commonly sold in Scotland. I highly recommend this tour to beer lovers.

What a superb experience! A great afternoon with a very professional staff. We started with champagne and a demo on chocolate and salted caramel truffles- then we made them and ate them after an antipasto starter. Moved on to chocolate fondant pots (and TENNENTS lager - yummy). We cooked the pots and added a chocolate and pistachio crumb. We ate... More
