This Spa experience is just wonderful from start to finish. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome, all the staff are organised, friendly and such a lovely team. The facilities are beautiful and the spa experience is very special, I had an Ishga massage and my therapist Kim was very good and the products are... More

My friend, sis & I came here for the thermal experience & glass of prosecco. Have to say the place is lovely. The lighting makes it so relaxing & it just feels quite luxurious. We didn't have any additional treatments but we did make good use of the different rooms in the thermal suite. The hydro pool was amazing and... More

We tried the spa at Blythswood Square as we stayed at the hotel and loved every aspect of it. The massage was relaxing and very professional. The facilities were clean and the mood was relaxing. My wife still benchmarks her massages to the Spa at Blythswood Square. She loved the heated beds and the tranquil music.

Booked into the spa for a hot stone massage for my 40th birthday, the massage was fantastic but was disappointed to be told after my massage that what I paid for did not include the use of the facilities, was told I had to pay extra for this, never came across this with any other spa, also would have thought... Had a birthday treat at the sis followed by light bites at the bar. Opted for full body massage, by Kim, wonderful relaxing. Followed by time in various saunas & pool. Changing cubicles should include toiletries, and leaky sink in toilet let the place down. Got told off for talking in Driftaway room by another customer! Into bar for refreshments... More

We were so excited to go to The famous SPA. We booked in advance. For the money we were asked to pay, I was expecting a much bigger place with enough space for all, so that people don't have to wait. Having said that, we had a great time. We made it great. Once we left the spa, we decided... More

My first experience in a spa and i totally loved it. Had the rassoul treatment and was so relaxed. The food in the cafe was splendiferous. Kirsty looked after us very well and made us feel at home which was tremendous. She is an asset to your business. The place was spotless and i would reccomend it to anyone looking... More

Went with family. I don't go to spas usually but found it very nice. Nice changing area with lockers. We enjoyed the thermal experience and treatments afterwards. Couple of things I will say...everyone is given a white bathrobe which you then hang on hooks outside saunas etc while you are inside. Twice I came out to find my robe gone.... More

Living in Glasgow, I've been coming to this Spa for several years - have had different treatments, packages, afternoon teas, purchase of products from the reception shop, and use of the thermal suite. To start with the positives: the treatments offered are a nice variety with good quality products (Elemis, Isla, Ishga) and the therapists professional. However, the 'spa' part... More

Visited this month and was really excited. At the reception desk it took us a long time to be served and when we were, I didn't find the staff very friendly. The spa itself is lovely and would've had a good choice of rooms but one of the saunas was out of order, as were the toilets. Considering that the... More
