We visited on a Friday and were doted on by the house guides. They gladly shared so much knowledge and history...be sure to take the servants tour on the bottom floor. Fascinating! Like a peek into “Downton Abbey.” The guide Barbara was especially wonderful!

Went to the park today with family & the dog. Great for walks , nice cafe at pollock house. There's a big kids play area up next to The Burrell collection , although The Burrell collection is closed at the moment for refurbishment.

A very nice park to wander around in. Perfect place for a photographer Rain and sunshine doesn’t matter. Its always something to take pictures of. Trees, flowers, sky, birds, cows..... reflections. Always something.

Loved our Easter Sunday visit. Nice trails, woods and Highland cattle with calves. Not muddy if you stay on the paths. Excellent scones from the cafe in Pollock House. In zone 2 for the First Buses but Bus stop is right near the entrance.

I do not see why it should not be open. Weekends are the busiest. You might have to queue, particularly since the Burrell is closed.

No, it is all free. The highland cows are found in the fields as you go in. You can walk or drive round
