A really interesting experience. Full of information about Charles Ronnie Mackintosh that I had not known. Each house area was superb and ground breaking design.

Can't actually say why this is my first visit having lived locally for years but it won't be my last. Steak ciabatta was close to if not the best I've had!

Quite often dip in here if having lunch with business colleagues. It's useful to book in advance but the staff are very accommodating if you happen to turn up unannounced. Good food, decent prices, easy parking and pleasant surroundings.

This visit was our first, though we visited when it was being built many years ago. The space and interior was magnificent - we are CRM enthusiasts anyway. Truly breathtaking! I confess to loving Mackintosh architecture and also art, so the house is all my Christmases coming together. Yes it's not perfect and if you open the wrong door you get a brick wall, but the amount of people that simply stop and stare in wonder when they walk into the first room is testimony that the creators got it...
