Great venue, much better atmosphere that the large arena venues. No photos during performance & this was overly enforced by very miserable staff in the concert hall. No one was allowed their mobile phones out of there bags/pockets! My friend had to send a text to her kids & was told to put her phone away. Great city centre venue... More

(Please note: this isn’t a review of the main GRCH auditorium – Tripadvisor doesn’t seem to recognise the RSNO’s New Auditorium separately yet.) This was my first visit to the Royal Scottish National Orchestra’s new rehearsal and recording auditorium, opened in October 2015; my wife attended a concert there last year. The RSNO holds a number of lunchtime orchestral concerts... More

This was our second visit here to see Adam Ant, great venue with helpful staff. Theatre isn't too big so it has that intimate feeling.

The RCH is absolutely lovely inside and wherever you sit your view of the stage is unimpeded its comfortable seating means your not getting a numb bum. The only thing and im sure im not the only one but the drinks prices were too high apart from that its a great hall and beautiful outside.we attended an adam and the... More

What is with the haze in the foyer? It's like someone has gone around with dry ice. I thought it was my dodgy eye until my friend agreed. Went to see Adam Ant on 7 May 2017 and he didn't use dry ice on stage. Bizarre. Lovely venue though and maintained well. Usher a bit clueless when it came to... More

My husband and I took the bus into Glasgow to attend the jazz festival which our grandson was playing in his school jazz band. The room we were in had a bar which also sold tea, coffee crisps etc. There also is a cafe which is a good size and sells all kinds of food and drink. We found it... More

We attended this venue last night to savour some Jazz from the Scottish Jazz Orchestra and main headlines Laura Jurd and Tom Macniven. On entering we went to collect our pre-booked tickets which went well. The concert itself was most enjoyable. We had drinks at the break which we pre-ordered, those went well and our trips to the toilets were... More

Saw Cara Emerald here. For this type of show the stalls area was standing only. The seating is arranged horse-shoe like around the stalls area and either close but at a difficult angle or head on and distant. Probably works of for concerts and orchestras but not for shows like this. Acoustics very good, as you would expect. Access to seating... More
