Had a really great time on the tour yesterday. Our tour guide Ellis was knowledgable, personable and friendly. His passion for brewing was infectious. It gave a fascinating insight into the brewing process and also of Paolozzi. Isaac was a great host, providing welcome tasters...More

This tour of the brewery and the brewing process was so fun! At every stop, I had an opportunity to see and taste the products! The "brewers" were fun, personable and entertaining... a not to be missed stop in edinburgh! highly recommended!!

This is located outside the city center but just a 5 min walk from the tram stop. You will learn about the founders, naming, and process for their lagers. In between that there's plenty of beer sampling and snacks. Worth the trek!

I guess some people might not relish the trek out of Edinburgh city centre to go on a brewery tour - especially one that headlines its output with a lager - but, believe me, this is well worth the effort. I'm a real ale drinker...More

Interesting visit, in a really good atmosphere with a good guide (Ellis). I finally know why a Scottish beer has an Italian name :)

Super easy ride on the tram worth noting that they have a good bar on site so I would leave time for a beer after your tour. The overview of the development of such a new beer brand was really interesting as was the tour...More

Nice chilled atmosphere, staff were very informative and went over and above taking photos for us around the brewery. Very easy to find from the tram stop just outside the city centre. Loved the Paolozzi lager 👌🏻😁🍺
