My sister and I recently joined two tours offered by Grayline tours Loch Ness & the highlands of Scotland is a very long day however it is worth. There was lots of stops that broke the journey. Doug was our driver and he filled us in on the history which was interesting. We opted for the lough ness river cruise... More

We took the tour from Edinburgh to Loch Ness via the Highlands To start with I phoned the company to confirm our booking I was told they would send car to pick us up. We were waiting in the lobby watching for a car, we saw a bus pull up and the driver came directly into the hotel. He marched... More

Firstly I am sorry that you did not enjoy your experience with us and I would like to cover some of the points your mentioned. Our Loch Ness and the Highlands tour is a 12 hours tour covering over 300 miles, this is the most you will see of Scotland in one day on a return trip to Edinburgh and... More

We took the Whiskey and Highland tour and enjoyed it a lot. The coach came perfectly in time and we had a very comfortable ride. The Whiskey Destille "the famous Grouse" is a great place to visit. The tour guides are entertaining and telling interesting stories. A negative point is that they are really hard to understand because of there... More

We took the full day, 12 hour, Highlands and Loch Ness tour from Edinburgh. Even though a lot of companies advertise "small group" tours in small busses, we chose Gray Line because it uses a big coach and carries a big group. When you have to spend the whole day traveling across the country, you would rather do that in... More

We took a gray line tour . It was supposed to pick you up at your hotel at a certain time, ours picked us up at a stop a half block away. Then it spent a hour and a quarter going around town picking up other passengers some were not even for the tour we were on. Then, a 15... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your views with us. I was extremely disappointed to learn that we had not fulfilled your expectations on this occasion. We try our best to collect passengers from outside their hotel or guest house but this is not always possible due to parking restrictions, the small narrow Edinburgh streets and various other... Another visit to Edinburgh another Gray Line tour. We took the tour out to Stirling Castle and Loch Lomond years ago and it was great fun so we wanted to try another tour this visit. We chose the DOUNE CASTLE, LOCH LOMOND & THE WESTERN HIGHLANDS tour this time and were lucky enough to get Graham as our guide. He... More

We took the Highlands Tour on September 7th, 2016 with Graham the best bus driver. My 21 year old daughter and myself were on holiday and wanted to see some castles and scenery. We were not disappointed. Saw the Monty Python and the Holy Grail castles, Outlander, Downtown Abbey and much more! Learned about Scottish history and the lochs versus... More

Even with less-than-ideal, drizzly weather, we very much enjoyed the 1-day tour of the Scottish Highlands, including an optional outing on Loch Ness. The scenery was just beautiful, especially as the heather (and many other wildflowers) was in full bloom. Our guide was OK, but we would have preferred a bit less "humor" and more background.

We traveled from Edinburgh with Brian. He was very well organized but couldn't stop talking and never let the people say a word. Too much driving for one day, too little sightseeing. The stops were short, in not so attractive and totally touristic areas. We spent more than 9 hours in the bus on road, and about 2 hours at... More

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Each of our driver guides have their own unique style which we regularly receive great feedback for, but we understand that this can be a personal preference for each passenger. Our Loch Ness & The Highlands Tour covers over 300 miles and time can be limited, but this is... More

My wife and I took 2 tours with Gray Line during our trip to Scotland in July 2016. Both tours were very interesting and convenient - unlike other tour companies Gray Line picks up and drops of at your hotel. Both drivers/guides were great - interesting, knowledgeable, helpful. Unfortunately the bus we got both times - it was the same... More
