Attended the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra Concert on Sunday afternoon. We were really impressed with the Orchestra and the venue. So much so we returned the following day for the University Choir Carol Service and Organ Music. Magnificent old building but I’m guessing the seating...More

Went to the national orchestra's concert. A bit away from the Old City, but still within a 10-min walk distance. Concerts are nice, Box office staff are friendly. Booking for tickets usually recommended.

Compared to other venues, there did seem to be more bars and toilets which was good, but we did find the seats a bit uncomfortable though.

Squeeze went down a storm great muscians...More

Edinburgh was no exception, with its wealthiest
citizens settling in its West End and leaving behind
grand Georgian townhouses, private gardens and genteel
