Tucked away from the Kirk the site is well signed and has a placard with excellent information. Park in the car park down past the entrance. After visiting the ruins take a walk during low tide out to Cramond Island via the causeway.

This is the remains of a Roman barracks nestled at the side of the Kirk. Signage is good and it’s a lovely peaceful spot. Recommend a visit whilst you’re in the area seeing all the other gorgeous sights Cramond has to offer.
