Hidden gem 💎, friendly staff, pleasant unassuming cafe, attached to a factory shop. I stayed at the nearby Premier Inn, where Scottish breakfast wasn't on the menu , I found this gem and the breakfast was great 👍

We went for a taster event which we had received as a gift. Not absolutely sure what to expect but we both enjoy "Thai food" so let's give it a go. Wow! From the first mouthful of quail to the coconut ice cream and banana pancake to finish this was a sensational masterclass. The two chefs begin by showing you... More

What a great way to spend an evening with the demo and dine night. The chefs were really brilliant and entertaining, food great and I couldn't wait to get home and try all the recipes for myself

Not only did she learn some very good tips and recipes but also had people clearing up after her. She also got to bring all her baking home. This is an excellent venue with professional chefs... Spent the day at the Thai street food course and was not disappointed. The chef was very professional and her instructions were spot on. This really is a fantastic training facility. Will certainly return for a different course.

We prepared Duck with homemade curry paste which was delicious , quail with a thai salad , beef with thai salad & coconut pancakes with caramelised banana to finish. All... More
