Great place for kids of all ages. Our children and now grandchildren love it there, and we still enjoy this little bit of countryside just on the outskirts of town. Near enough restaurants and places to stay for visitors, there is a play park adjacent to the wildlife park and in summer there is a small cafe in the play... More

A nice user freindly facility with lots of interesting things to see. We went in winter so not so many as usual but my grandchildren loved it and there's a play area for the 'I'm a bit bored' moments. Only downside was the restaurant/cafe was packed. With far too few tables for the level of customer demand. Heaven knows what... More

this wildlife centre was a joy to take my grandchidren to.Their eyes were so full of disbelief at seeing the wildlife at close range and did not want to leave to come home.To me that says it all, well done camperdown.

Been twice to Camperdown. Great value at £14 for 2 adults, 1 child (4) and 1 baby. Lovely cafe. Big range of animals big and small. Saw a brown bear, wolves, Eagles, wild cats, bats, otters, love lemers etc. set in camperdown park which is so lovely. 3 amazing play parks on other side of car park suitable for all... More

Nothing ever seems to be done right in Dundee Been going to Camperdown since i was a kid & no matter what they do it just seems to get worse. Needs a good clean & the enclosures always look empty - Preach about saving the planet & using less power in the foyer etc, however everything is electronic so its... More

The entrance looks the part. Shop, cafe, merchandise. The entrance money seemed OK at 14 for three of us. However, basically there wasn't much to see. I estimate that 40% of the cages were empty or overgrown. The majority of the animals on show looked depressed (though I can empathise with them here). This has the feel of a 1930s... More

A lovely morning walk over grass and along paths watching bears and wolves finding their lunch, comparing meerkats and admiring the plumage of many beautiful birds. I was sad to hear of the recent death of one of the bears. The other must be missing it terribly.

Unkempt. Animales look depressed. A zoo with only negative points. I wonder who is the manager? Obviously either not interested in the job/ has no money to improve the place.

lovely little zoo, plenty to see kids had a ball as always - better on a sunny day as more animals are often out exploring, kids loved the bears, meerkats and lemurs the best
