The railway line that goes from Tweedbank to Edinburgh has made commuting to the city easier. There are regular trains that are clean and comfortable. There are stops at Galashiels, Stow and other places en route.

Enjoyed our trip from Tweedbank to Edinburgh very much the trains are very clean and modern relaxing journey straight into Waverley station. Staff were very helpful and all trains were on time. Well worth using if .you want to go to Edinburgh.

I use this a lot to travel to Edinburgh to meet friends, go to theatre, just shop and wander in Edinburgh, soooooo worth the money for a trip, cheaper than petrol x

U could leave it but to my knowledge theres no security measures in place. It is legal just no sure as i say on how safe it would be. Theres no sucure parking in or around gala just long stay carpark on gala along past asda... More
