Live locally and go at least once a year enjoying special exhibitions and permanent displays. Have recently attended some talks about various aspects of Aberdeen (see website for more details) and these have been very interesting and informative.

A great starting point for Northern Scotland as the museum focuses on Maritime History with a great exhibit on the relatively recent Oil boom.

Really nicely done. Each level is different from the others and the Piper Alpha disaster was just awful but well put together in the museum.
