Great experience, with free entry, and very comprehensive exhibits about maritime history in the area - especially about the offshore oil industry. With large scale model that fills an atrium over two floors. great for a rainy day in the Granite City.

We never get bored of the maritime museum. It's fabulous. We bring all of our visitors here and the kids love it.

Having worked offshore for many years, I couldn't resist a trip to Aberdeen's Maritime Museum, located near the city centre. Very good displays, of offshore working life, with knowledgeable helpers on-site. Only wish i'd of had the kids with me, to show what Daddy does...More

The exhibit on death and mourning in Victorian culture was very interesting. Good interactive displays throughout. Nice gift shop.

This is about 5 minutes walk from the train and bus stations and 5 minutes from Union Street. Revisited here after a few years and still spent a good time looking around the floors here. This is a free attraction and covers all age groups....More
