If you plan to just pop in for a look at the sea there are quite limited access to the view of the sea. A ferry trip is really the way to see it, because most of shores are private and not accessable

A trip to Scotland and you MUST put this drive on your planner. The day was quite misty but still the scenery was spectacular.

Beautiful place to visit. There are many places to stop around the loch. We stopped at the loch cruises and had a coffee in the cafe and relaxed from our journey. Good place to stop.

We took an hour's sail on the lake on a very rainy, foggy day but with the running commentary provided, we could pick out the houses and other landmarks that have historical significance. It seems like a lovely lake with lots of small boat traffic.

Most people visit the loch by taking a boat ride. We arrived this one by car and it was a pleasant ride. En-route we could enjoy gorgeous scenic view: the reflection of the water makes beautiful pictures.
