Our cousins brought us here at the end of a visit to Tyrone, I hadn't been for decades and what a treat. Great area to get back to nature. Also a nice drive through. As we were passing by we saw a nice little deer. Very lush.

Did the drive yesterday. The road/path is poor at times and the view wasn't as spectacular as I thought it would be. Lots of cut down trees

I started my walk at Point A expecting that I would have a leisurely, relaxing walk but straightaway I realised that the tarmacked road was quite steep and kept rising. come and you will enjoy the scenery. the walks. and the wild life. you will have a choice of walks be careful there are some step hills to get over , they are lots of places for you to have a rest. Go into the beautiful of Gortin and enjoy the restaurants cafes and bars.

Fabulous spot - visited a few days before Christmas to make sure the reindeer had enough to eat before their big journey Ducks area is well cleared and visible although they don't seem to want attention Fab walks around the park for all abilities and my children love the new sculpture although when it's s wet day they don't get... Rain or sun, the forest is a fantastic place for walking, jogging and bike riding. Go there at least twice a month. Great views

Beautiful unspoilt surroundings, some deer and a ducks. Walking tracks and tarmaced roads - scenic drive through the forest possible also. A very peaceful place within easy reach of local towns & villages.

We visited Gortin Glen Forest Park last week after reading about it on the internet. It was a beautiful sunny autumn day, so it was even better than the photos of it. Lovely walks taking you through forest, waterfalls and a winding river, There are 3 way-marked trails. You will see a Sika deer enclosure, wildfowl etc..T.he forest drive is... More
