Absolutely fantastic visit; the highlight of the week! Our group consisted of three adults, but I imagine this would be a great family outing as well. They hold children's educational activities during the summer, so they seem well used to having groups of kids. The museum exhibit is very well done. Another place that is a must for anyone with an interest in Iron Age Ireland or the Celts. This site was once the seat of the Kings of Ulster, the site itself is now little more than a mound of grass but the centre gives an excellent description of Ireland of the time and Navan Forts significance to the 'Táin...
