Beautiful walk to the waterfall, surrounded by birdsong and green forest. It's steep but worth it. Takes about 1.5 hrs with stops for photos.

After spending a day already on the Causeway path, we only had a short day left before heading home so we wanted to do ‘the best bits’. After looking online and finding a travellers blog, they recommended this place and I am so glad we ended our holiday here! The drive was lovely and we paid £5 to park at the top. We went for the Waterfall walk which was 3km with our 2 year old and stroller (being around nap time). We did struggle from the get go with the pram down the path as it was steep and had lots of rocks/ pebbles. We ended up collapsing it and carrying it as we hit the board walk and couldn’t manage any more. The waterfalls were amazing and beautiful! At the bottom we found a restaurant which I feel like now would have been the easier option to park and go on foot without the pram the short walk up and down to the waterfalls (if I had known). There was a second area of a beautiful waterfall too over the small bridge not to be missed. The walk back up was very hard over pebbles and stones with the child back in the pram. She did sleep and together taking turns we made it back up to the top. We sat on the benches taking in the view and had lunch at the on-site cafe. I would definitely visit again in the future without the pram and doing the scenic walk instead.

Visited on a recent trip to Northern Ireland exploring the Causeway coast - we loved the Waterfalls walking route, it was well marked and laid out and soo soo beautiful.

We stopped at the bottom for a drink before embarking on the rather steep climb back up, and we were glad we did as the cafe and visitor centre were closed when we got to the top (despite saying they were open when you looked at the opening times)

Car park is £5 charge all day, plenty of picnic space and toilets near the carpark.

An astonishingly beautiful part of Ireland’s coastal causeway route. We stayed in the caravan park which has excellent facilities. The waterfall’s walk is a must do where you descend down to the valley bottom through parts of which can be described as dense vegetation I would liken to rainforests in South America. Stunning!

Drove up Sunday 15th of January car park over 50% full, lots of people milling around after walk we went to cafe which was shut but at least the toilets were open, even a wee coffee trailer would have been good, ended up in the restaurant down at the waterfalls which privately owned and was bunged to the gills (fantastic) just feel the council are missing a trick here, also remember to bring £5 of cash with you as the contactless doesn’t work in the car park, lovely place being let down a bit by council

A lovely 1Km walk (from the Laragh Lodge) up a small wooded valley to several pretty waterfalls. Great place to stretch your legs and breathe some clean air!
TIP: At quiet times, you can park in the car park next to Laragh Lodge, you don't need to pay the Forest Park fees.
